At Ercon, our focus is towards high energy, serious erosion problems where substantial assets are threatened. As we are a design/build service company, we do not offer products for sale, however, we do recognize that there are many useful products on the market. Frequently, the introduction of quick fixes for the loss of soil or pipeline cover will create problems that did not previously exist. To maintain an up-to-date awareness of cost-effective erosion control products and systems, Ercon pursues an on-going program of new product review. In many instances, re-vegetation or bioengineering is incorporated into a design to improve a project's environmental qualities and in some cases enhance system integrity. We continue to be devoted to the concept of environmentally sensitive designs and, as always, will focus on new developments with a high degree of interest in ecological issues. Industry assets can be protected while the environment is simultaneously improved.
